Pastry Chef Andrea Mclean has two delicious pies for you!

Chef Andrea, a Las Vegas native, is a busy woman! Currently a pastry sous for L'Atelier De Joel Robuchon, and having formerly worked with Thomas Keller's Bouchon at the Venetian, she also brings us PopNpies!

For this experience, we asked our good friends Mario and Eric from Garagiste Wine Room to pair each pie with a bottle of wine.

$30 - Pumpkin Cheesecake (serves up to 8)
Pumpkin cheesecake in a graham cracker crust, finished with vanilla chantilly and candied pumpkin seeds.

$32 - Wine Pairing: 2018 Castell d'Age 'Orange' - 100% Garnatxa Blanca from the Penedes region of Catalonia in Northeastern Spain. A Natural, authentic, and honest wine made exclusively of Grenache Blanc without the addition of sulfur. The nose has aromas of orange peel and candied white fruit

$30 - Chocolate Pecan Pie (serves up to 8)
65% dark chocolate and toasted pecans baked together in an all-butter crust.

$25 - Wine Pairing: Donelli Vini 'Donelli 1915' Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro D.O.C. Amabile. 90% Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro, 10% Malbo Gentile. Fruity, pleasantly semi-sweet and well balanced by the slight tannin. There are numerous awards received over the years and even more numerous are the estimators including some famous people like Giosuè Carducci, Enzo Ferrari and Luciano Pavarotti-who never had lunch without a bottle of beloved Donelli Lambrusco.
